This agreement (the “Agreement”) is a public offer between FAQ Media Holding Ltd (the “Company”), a registered company in the United Kingdom at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, and any individual or entity purchasing access to the “REELS” training course (the “Course”). By purchasing the Course, the buyer (the “Customer”) agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

 

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Company provides digital access to the Course, which includes:

• 14 video tutorials on AI-based video creation.
• Training on 14 neural networks.
• A certificate upon completion.
• 1-year access to Course materials.

1.2. The Customer agrees to use the Course for personal or professional purposes only, without redistributing its content.

2. Course Cost and Payment Terms

2.1. The Course is available for $99 (discounted from $200).

2.2. Payment must be completed before the Customer receives access to the Course.

2.3. Accepted payment methods include debit/credit cards and other online payment options supported by the platform.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Customers in the UK, USA, and EU are eligible for a refund within 14 calendar days (cooling-off period), provided they have not accessed the digital content.

3.2. Refund requests must be submitted via email to the Company’s support team at info@ai-centr.com.

3.3. No refunds are provided after accessing or downloading any part of the Course.

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1. The Customer must not:

• Share Course login details with third parties.
• Copy, distribute, or publicly display Course materials.

4.2. The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.

5. Company Responsibilities

5.1. The Company ensures uninterrupted access to the Course for the specified period, barring technical issues or force majeure circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All Course content is the exclusive property of the Company.

6.2. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Course materials is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Company is not liable for:

• Technical issues caused by the Customer’s devices or internet provider.
• The Customer’s failure to achieve specific results from the Course.

7.2. The Company’s liability is limited to the Course cost.

8. Governing Law

8.1. For Customers in the UK: This Agreement is governed by UK law, and disputes will be resolved in UK courts.

8.2. For Customers in the USA: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of California and complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

8.3. For other countries, local consumer protection laws apply.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1. The Company complies with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act).

9.2. Personal data collected during the purchase process will only be used for providing the Course and support services.
